SAFETY:

Avoid use on children under 6. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under doctor's close supervision, consult a physician before use.

Non toxic, non irritating. Always first perform a patch test to ensure there is no allergic reaction or sensitivity.

Use

The most effective method is direct steam inhalation. Add 10 drops of our essential oil to a large pot or a bowl and fill with boiling water. Lower your head toward the bowl (about 15 centimeters above the bowl to prevent getting burned) and cover your head with a towel. Close your eyes and inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for at least 2-5 minutes. Repeat this procedure as needed.

If you want to inhale essential oil directly, add 1 to 2 drops to a handkerchief or cotton pad and inhale. You can also add a few drops to the bed pillow.

A relaxing and less intense way to use essential oils is in a warm bath. Add 2 to 12 drops to a spoon of carrier oil (olive, jojoba or other oil) and add this mixture to the bath.

A less direct method of inhalation is through aromatherapy diffusers or aroma lamps.
